I've been told training with me is a real experience! I don't take myself too seriously but I'll do whatever it takes to help you build body confidence, one swing at a time!

WEEKLY CLASSES

STRENGTH CLASS.

MONDAY 8PM.

Kettlebell Strength class that builds lean muscle, strengthens your connective tissue and helps you discover muscles you never knew existed. The class uses dual kettlebells or a single “heavy” kettlebell in low rep, high set and significant rest sequence to amp-up your resilience.

Full body kettlebell conditioning class that burns fat, builds lean muscle and blends strength with flexibility by hitting multiple muscle groups through a series of compound exercises. Whatever your level, you will leave this session feeling energised and raring to come back for more.

WHEN SIGNING UP FOR 20|TRIBE.

Join our complimentary 30 minute class where Svetlana will introduce you to basic kettlebell techniques, fundamental exercises and movements to start your journey safely. Once completed, you will graduate to the 20 Tribe where you can join a community of like-minded individuals on this exciting transformational fitness journey.
